The arbitration will take place in a mutually agreed location or, if agreed by both parties, via remote proceedings. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Waiver of Class Actions: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the matter qualifies. Additionally, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters related to intellectual property or unauthorized use. Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first use of the SMS service by providing written notice to:

USC reserves the right to change this Statement from time to time.
